By using our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Licence to use & copyright
We put a lot of heart into My First Book. Unless otherwise stated, all texts, images, graphics and the design belong to us or our licensors.
Your right: You may view and print the content for your private, non-commercial use.
The no-go: You may not reproduce, sell, rent or republish our material on other platforms without written permission. This applies in particular to our exclusive book designs and concepts.
3. Community & comments
We love a lively exchange! If you leave comments or reviews, please note:
Responsibility: You are responsible for your own content. We do not carry out any prior review.
Content: Comments may not be unlawful, offensive, racist or used to advertise third parties.
Our rights: We reserve the right to delete comments at any time and without giving reasons if they violate our community guidelines.
4. Liability (fair-play rule)
We do our utmost to keep the website error-free. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.
Our liability for slight negligence is excluded, provided no essential contractual obligations have been breached.
Exception: In the event of injury to life, body or health, as well as in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are of course fully liable.
5. Online dispute resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board – but we almost always find a solution together with you!
6. Changes
We are constantly developing MyFirstBookMall. We therefore reserve the right to adjust these terms of use as needed. You will always find the current version here on this page.
7. Severability clause
Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
