Shipping costs
Costs are calculated based on destination, weight and the chosen shipping method. You'll see the exact amount transparently in your order summary before you complete your purchase.
Within Germany, you benefit in particular:
From €50 order value: free shipping!
Up to €50 order value: a flat rate of only €3.90.
Processing & delivery times
We do everything we can to get your order to you quickly:
Processing: your order is processed and handed over to the shipping provider within 7 working days at the latest.
Delivery time: the estimated duration depends on the chosen shipping method and your location. Within Germany, your parcel usually reaches you a few days after dispatch.
Note: Unforeseeable events (such as extreme weather or customs delays with international shipping) can affect delivery. We ask for your understanding here.
Shipment tracking
Anticipation is half the fun! As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping confirmation by email. It contains your tracking number, which lets you follow the status of your delivery online at any time.
International shipping & customs
For deliveries abroad, additional duties, taxes or fees may apply once the parcel reaches your country. These costs are levied by the local authorities and are to be borne by you. Please check the applicable regulations with your responsible customs office in advance.
Your shipping address
At checkout, please check carefully that your address is correct and complete. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for delays or problems caused by incorrect details.
Shipping insurance
For extra peace of mind, you can add shipping insurance for a small fee. It protects you from the financial consequences if your parcel is lost or damaged in transit. We particularly recommend this protection for larger orders.
